Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to run out of stock even after you have made the order.

The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

In order for your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
